Reservations are made based on the availability of the facility and can be made by filling out the Rental Application and sending the request to the following mailing address:

Rentals are confirmed once a reservation form and deposit has been received.

$75/day - full usage
Cancellations
Any confirmed reservation MUST be cancelled within 10 days of the scheduled rental or a refund is defaulted. Cancellations must be made by contacting the Association at 304-366-6196 or at winfieldcommbldg@gmail.com.
